With newer versions, in your Project window, select the SETTINGS tab. Scroll down to INTERFACE. You may want to <CTRL> click INTERFACE and DUPLICATE the default for safety, or just try "RESTORE TO DEFAULT" while you are there. You have to click on INTERFACE first before doing the <CTRL> secondary menu for it to appear.
If that doesn't work, while in INTERFACE, try to change a setting there by selecting "Override Project Font" and "...Size" and apply the change. Then go back and set it back to the default by just deselecting both option boxes; see if that kicks it into normal.

In older legacy versions, simply click down in an empty area in your Project window, then go to the upper bar and go to the pull-down menus. It is usually under BIN or CLIP as SET FONT. This is not the same as SET FONT under the WINDOWS pull-down menu in Version 8 - which usually does not affect the fonts in the Project window.
