For HD playout, Western European countries all now use EBU R.95 16:9 safe now - some still use the 2008 16:9 spec, many (most?) now use the 2016 spec.
So if you go with the 2008 16:9 spec, you should be fine for everywhere.
It gets confusing when you include SD deliveries and Eastern Europe though...
Give me a list of countries and I'll check the Adstream specs if you want.
