When you create a dissolve in MediaCentral, and then perform a Send To Playback, the dissolves are rendered and attached to a Sequence copy with “,render” attached to its name. These load as “RED” Sequences in MediaCentral – I thought at first these were Edit Suite Sequences, but they were not. Next, a third Sequence is created, and appended to its name is “,render.transfer”. This is the transfer Sequence.
