I confirmed on my home system the same bug exists. Same basic specs as the work system but MacPro mid 2012 and OS 10.12.5 Avid 8_9_4 just like work. If I move the project window to the 2nd monitor bins open there just like at work. This didn't use to work that way in 8_5_3 for me.
