Okay, I have enclosed a link to the files on Hightail. Here's what's included and what I am seeing:
Created a graduated title at 10 bit uncompressed. Cut it into timeline. Exported a PSD file of the unrendered timeline while in 10 bit monitoring and using yellow green mode. If you toggle between those stills, you will see the difference. That tells me exporting is affected by monitoring settings. I also layered the two in Photoshop and used "difference" mode which should give a solid black screen. When I boosted the image though, I see the differences. You can see them here.
I then made a mixdown in both Yellow/Green mode and 10 bit mode on the timeline. The media was 10 bit uncompressed. I cut both mixdowns in the timeline in 10 bit timeline monitoring mode. You can see the visible difference.
I took Screenshots from the external Tektronix scope and you can see the difference on the video output also.
