Bouke –
These are 28 minutes sequences from Avid, working in DNXHD 220. I believe they have been exporting as an .mov. I've copied Travis who's their chief editor who should be able to provide more info.

Can you elaborate on WHAT you are exporting?
Sequences? Sources?
And, what kind of export?
If it's an export trough QT I have a hunch, it's a known bug that (sometimes) setting TC on a QT clip on a network does not work.
(To the point that the clip even an get corrupt.)
Setting TC on source from FCP 7 would corrupt clips on a network.
I very much doubt this is happening with exports that do not involve the Quicktime engine.
(Do not mistake that with the .mov format.)

Batch exports to local drives contain timecode information in the file. But export them to a network drive and only the first file contains TC.
Any one run across this before?
