Thank you all for your help! These are great suggestions. I've already used the Boris Effects Lens Blur suggestion. Thank you again.

Subject: [Avid-L2] Fixing Flicker in Drone Footage
Does anyone have a good technique for fixing flicker on fine details in drone footage? I've tried Boris FX flicker fixer, and/or motion blur, but this is not always successful.
