Will double check the 0.0 and position issue and report back, in the meanwhile I have to add that three digits numbers cannot be entered, as the input field will only accept two digits: if entering eg 125 the result will be 5, since the effect editor will register 12 as a first entry and 5 as a second entry (it used to accept three digits before, waiting for the 'Enter' key to apply the change); to move or resize an image over 99 requires manually moving the slider, cannot be performed with the number pad. Don't know if it's a bug or a feature, and it's not Your issue David, but could be related, both bugs could come from some rewriting of the Effect Editor code.
