I found a link that I posted that had all the combo updates on one page:

From there clicking on combo 10.12.5 goes to the page you posted. Thanks for the suggestion often times my googling runs dry while others more savvy find what I'm looking for. Must be my cyber Karma catching up to me.

Combo stands for combined, it combines all the updates available from 10.12.0 up to 10.12.5 in one single convenient package. It's highly recommended to use the combo instead of the incremental as it contains everything.
And once done, make sure you get the right update for your Nvidia drivers - though it shouldn't be a problem, it will warn you. If you're using CUDA, you might have to look for the latest version manually, I found their Control Pane in System Preferences unreliable when it comes to software update.
