Izotope has great audio tools, mostly relegated to your protools users, but RX Elements, which includes voice de-noise, de-click, de-hum, and de-clip is on sale for $29 today and tomorrow. Several of the audio plug-in companies do weekend sales like this, which I mostly ignore, but use any one of these tools once, and it's more than paid for itself.
