Nope. Everyone else has gone down the route of real speech to text. Speedscriber for FCP X or Premiere Pro, Transcriptive for PPro, and ScriptOMatic for FCP X. All using modern speech to text machines.
Speedscriber and ScriptOMatic both bring the transcripts into FCP X and align it with media.
