Apparently there was a delay by Arvato in processing annual subscriptions. For example, I got a notice saying that they had just charged me, months later than they were supposed to. And after digging backwards through my statements I discovered, 'Hey! They DIDN'T charge me back then'. So it seems they finally got themselves together enough to figure out that a lot of subscriptions had not actually been charged. So they did. And ten they had to apologize for the charge coming out of nowhere.

Not cool.

Anyone know what Arvato has to do with Avid.  I got a large charge from them this month on my card and never ordered anything.  They seem to be connected to Avid.
