Re: [Avid-L2] Boot failure with v. 8.8

Remove all non native AVX2 plugins ( /Library/Application Support/Avid/AVX2_Plug-ins ) then start the app. If it works, then reinstall the latest version of what ever plugin you just removed.

I joyously updated my 7.0.3 MC to 8.8 so I could also upgrade to the new
Phrasefind and ScriptSync.  All seemed to work fine, so for some crazy
reason I decided to upgrade my OS to Sierra and my AJA i/o Express to
the latest software and firmware.  Now the Avid boot doesn't get past
load AVX2.  Suggestions and/or help would be appreciated.  Fortunately,
I did this AFTER finishing a project, but would love to have this working.

Thanks in advance.
