Not sure what this actually refers to, but Avid did postpone reporting its 2016 Q4 results, saying it was finishing up routine audits. That is a reason the stock tumbled by about 15% last week. Recovered 11% on Friday. Stock is not at 52 week low, but it can see if from $4.91.
