The new version should be 8.8
I see there's a new version of Avid App Manager with a changed interface. Nice. Weirdly, it indicated that there's an update available for me, Media Composer 8.7.2.44855. I downloaded it but didn't install it. It's weird because this is the version I already have installed. Any harm in letting AppMan install it again? Should I bother to uninstall first? Should I ignore AppMan? (I'm on Mac Sierra.)
