Re: [Avid-L2] Starting a new topic

Hi John.

I have a few internal drives on my Mac Pro.
When I use the one with MC 8 on it, and start the program, the DX seems to find the driver it needs.
Same thing for the partition with 7 on it.  (But it's crashing when I open 8)
So, I never checked which driver the DX is using for 7 or 8.
Where do I check for the DX driver? And what version should it be with 7 and 8?

Thanks

David

Make sure you are running the correct DX driver for your MC version.

Hi John.

I haven't asked a question in many years on the Avid L.
I wanted to ask whether anyone was using a Nehalem 2 x 2.66 GHz (early 2009) Mac Pro with Nitris DX and OS X 10.9.5 with Media Composer 8 or 8.5?
Every time I startup the program, it crashes almost immediately. So I'm back to 7.04 without any problems.

Thanks
