My all-time favorite for promo work is VideoHelper (as in Hamburger Helper). They only give you one cut of each track - but they are super easy to edit to get the right kind of energy at the right time. And the track descriptions will make you crack up.

Thanks for the referral - I'll check them out.

What I'm really looking for is a not-horrible 'buyout' library, rather than individually licensing anything, but maybe epidemic has this. We use licensed needledrop periodically, too, so we'll add them to our search list.
