As Dom said, there is an Avid specific one that costs 400. if you don't have the right one now with your Nitris DX.
However, the manual for the BM version just says:
"You can either purchase the UltraStudio 4K Extreme PCIe Cable Kit or you can use 'off the shelf' cards and cables from other manufacturers. PCIe is a universal standard for computer expansion cards so any adapter cards will work with UltraStudio 4K Extreme. To install a PCIe adapter card:"
