Re: [Avid-L2] AvidOPFrameGeneratorApp

Martin,

the sixth link is actually in dutch, not deutsch - those are the languages spoken in the Netherlands and in Germany, respectively. I speak the latter, and can make out the meaning of some bits in the former.

To me it looks like the sixth link talks about some sort of driver for a Matrox video card. Sounds like maybe updating that driver helped the issue discussed.

Hope this helps some,

Rainer

I keep crashing on a fresh install of MC 8.6.1 with a new user setting. User Diagnostic Reports in the Apple Console keep pointing me to "AvidOPFrameGeneratorApp" as the source of the crash. A Google of this word offers only six discrete hits, five of which are on a site called www.advanceduninstaller.com. But I don't see that word there either. The sixth hit is in German, which I don't speak.
Does anyone know what this is and why it keeps shutting me down?
