If You imported in the first place You can batch reimport, make a video mixdown as a reference first, or duplicate and consolidate (to have a copy that will point to different mediafiles than the sequence to batch). Unfortunately the Batch import window belongs to the barbarian age, and You'll have to point it to every single file, with rare inexplicable exceptions. If You linked and transcoded, that's another story.
