Adobe Media Encoder will transcode nicely to an Avid DNX codec (MXF or QuickTime) if you have none of the other options mentioned.

They are XAVC-S, there's no Sony AMA plugin for that format. You can use
Resolve to convert to something else or use Drastic AMA Plugin to Link and
transcode inside Media Composer.
