My suggested setup works for streaming the whole MC GUI with RT video in source/record  monitor and full audio(provided you disable HW in media composer, which forces it to use the Mac system audio).
for controlling the app you can conceivably use teamviewer or chrome remote desktop and keep only bins and timeline on your left monitor, with skype streaming the second monitor where you can have the source/record.
Have not tried it myself though - BG

And then how do you set up Skype on both ends to do all the following:
• Control the local computer from the remote computer
• See the local desktop with the MC screens from the remote computer
• Hear the MC audio

Do you need to set the audio output to soundflower etc or use audio Midi setup?
