I don't know if I'm jumping in inappropriately here or not, but why not use XDCAM-50 instead of DNxHD145? XDCAM50 uses one third the data rate of DNxHD145 and the quality of the picture is virtually the same (at least I can't tell the difference). The lower data rate means more streams are available for all your stations. We changed from DNxHD145 to XDCAM50 about 4 years ago and it's been excellent.
