Re: [Avid-L2] DNxIO puff piece sounds like BS to me

 

I could read the piece myself, but then I wouldn't be able to ask you… did the piece offer up any details, any specs, any benchmarking to support their claims? Anything even the least bit anecdotal form the field, you know, "… at work on 'Dunkirk' in France, editor Lee Smith says, "We wouldn't be able to keep up with all the IMAX Chris is shooting were it not for the advanced speed provided us with the DNxIO BOB!"? Something like that?
