Thanks for the help.
I tried another power supply, plugged into another Mac.
Techtool says the drive has serious problems. It all started so suddenly with no warning.
My Macbook Pro got its logic board replaced. As soon as I received it back there was a lot of weird problems happening.
The thunderbolt drive and external display is daisy chained. Monitor at end.
Is there anyway that the mac could have damaged it?
