QT Ref out of Avid set to RGB/Full Range levels to Adobe Media Encoder and set it to make a 29.97 fps .mov. The pulldown will be 3:2 not the normal 2:3 but visually that doesn't matter. Otherwise it's multiple video mixdowns once in the 23.976 and a second bringing that mixdown into a 59.94i. Then from there depending on audio needs and Avid version you can export direct from Avid or use a QT Ref and AME or QT Pro 7 to Save As to make the final file
