I get a reliable 200 down 10
Up on my virgin plan in Manchester for 49 quid a month.
I could get sky as well and put them through a Cisco box and add another 150 for about the same again and get pretty good performance for 100 quid a month.

Best I get at home is maybe 22 with Uverse.
