In the testing I've done, they've come along nicely. I still see a big bug that hasn't been fixed yet for several versions. I run with the UI on displays. In the edit mode, when you have the mixer panel open, the playback to the viewer in the edit page is not smooth. That's in spite of the fact that playback is not dropping frames. Close the mixer panel and all is fine. In the color page, playback is also smooth. However, in general, in 12.5, I'm seeing better overall playback to the viewers than before. It's almost like a real NLE :)
