I guess I should give up....but Mr. Curren, could you elaborate on what pain points you mentioned to the BMD folks and what might be in Resolve 12.5 that might be a pleasant surprise for an Avid editor?

Wow, nice to have a company really responding to the user demands in timely fashion. I really feel the commitment from Blackmagic to making their product the industry standard.
I know there are committed folks working at Avid also, but they don't get the resources necessary to pull off what Blackmagic is doing. Maybe we will finally get away from only using NLEs companies that start with the letter "A."
