I suggest:
Duplicate the sequence and do a mono mixdown of tracks 1 & 2. Place that mixdown on track 1. Move your tracks 5 & 6 to tracks 2 & 3 and delete the other tracks. Proceed with your QT export, same-as-source, direct output.
