The website needs to be updated, but most recent release of the AMA mus.iD AMA plug-in supports WAV and ACC as well. Keep in mind that iTunes does not allow editing or preservation of metadata in WAV files (AAC yes). You can use Metadatics on OS X or AudioShell on WIndow for viewing and editing of tags.
