Do you have a Black Magic IO box attached to it? (Try different BM Driver version)
Try repair the OS Hard drive with Disk Warrior.

That really is a catch-all error message that is impossible to diagnose. Maybe restart and keep a note of what you are doing when it occurs. YesterdayI saw it a few times when constantly switching in and out of Avid with several applications running. Today, working on the same project, and doing the same thing, no trouble.
