[Avid-L2] Re: Support contract renewal problem

 


FWIW I had the same problem.  I called Avid support and they said the renewal code was owned by somebody with a completely different email address than mine.  I got a case number from the Avid support guy, and sent him copies of the emails I had received from Videoguys with the invoice and renewal code info.  We'll see what happens...
