[Avid-L2] Re: Important Notice About Your Media Composer Upgrade & Support Plan

 

Apologies everyone……

The email list was generated a few times and between folks renewing and the list being sent out….  And the timing disconnect, MANY people are receiving 2, 3, 4 of these reminder emails.   have alerted the powers to be that this is occurring so rest assured all of the notes, emails and comments ( even the snarky ones :) ) have been forward up the chain of command. 

As for AppMan – we expect a new version next week that will resolve the "bubble message" and the disconnect between MY Avid and the AppMan expiration dates shown in the tabs.   

Been a trying few weeks for all – customers and Avid support – again my apologies for the in your face messages and the reminder emails.  

However, * I * would rather remind you to renew your plan a few times then not send out any reminder and have to help reactively when your plan expires and you didn't remember :)   

Happy New Year everyone…..  Have a safe and happy time bringing in 2016.
