Not a plugin, but the free "R128 gain" app will accurately measure LUFS, True Peak and dynamic range. Simply export a stereo wav, measure and adjust the timeline in dB by the difference in LU-keeping an eye on TP if increasing gain. Ignore the wav it generates as part of the process.
