Reiterate......
Grace Period: Customers have 30 days after the upgrade and support plan expires to renew the plan.
If you are past the 30 day window.... you will no longer see the renew support option listed. If you feel this is in error, please contact Customer Care directly. I can also assist if emailed directly.
