You are correct that she can't resist. I was having a licensing issue on Monday, and emailed Gerald Gonzales. I CC'ed Marianna, just as a courtesy, with no expectation of a reply. Sure enough, she emailed back within a few hours. She's like the Cal Ripken of Avid. In the lineup every day, no matter what.
