Well, no it does not.
I have a simple sequence with just one clip on A1.
Export settings are set to mono Wave. No matter ANY setting, the export is 3 dB lower than the source.
Export a stereo Wave gives me the same levels.
This is Windows MC 8.3, and this is a bug.
