Wow, this might actually be turning into an actual Joe job[1] where spammers try to tarnish the reputation of their victim (me, unfortunately). No idea who "Walid" is or what any of the "products" are.
A month or so ago I prevented some spammer/hackers (Ukrainian IPs) from getting into a client review site we host. My email was later breached and my contact list was scraped. Lots of spam was sent to my contacts spoofing me as the sender. Now this. Makes me wonder if it isn't retaliation.
