So open the low-rez clip, go to the head, open the marker window, select all and copy.
Open hir-rez clip, go to head, switch to marker window and paste.
But that will get very slow if you have lots of clips.
You could also duplicate the low-res clips, and relink those duplicates to your high-res media. That would do the trick in one fell swoop.
