I don't believe SMPTE has approved one yet. they do have the DolbyVision under submission.
Based on real world examples, I am betting on Dolby right now. As of last NAB, Dolby was showing WB movies graded for HDR, streaming over VUDU on (not yet shipping) Vizio HDR sets. That is an existing pipeline. Also, our local cinema has converted one theater to DolbyVision / Atmos. To me, this indicates that Dolby will become the standard.
And they are motivated. Their audio patents are running out so they need new licensing schemes.
