You could also do something like use the media tool or show reference clips to get everything in a project or sequence respectively.

You should. Select all clips in a bin. Right-click and choose Source Settings. Navigate to the Color Adapter tab. Highlight whatever adapters appear in the window and choose Delete. Then at bottom click Apply to All.
