That tutorial seems at odds with the myriad postings on the adobe forum of people trying to get AAF import to work. The sequence he imports is also about 5 clips long with just straight cuts and we never see him actually get it online! Danger Will Robinson!!!

Mmmmm, unfortunatelly the clips were not available to import inside
Premiere, that's just a detail...
I haven't been able to round trip a real sequence (multiple files, multple
cuts, multiple tracks) from Premiere to MC.
