I could come close in the first few tries in Avid. Motion 5 was quick and seems perfect, https://vimeo.com/132210034. I did not have to prepare the image first either.
I used a still from my Canon D5, 20 megapixel. For Avid, I had to prepare the image first so I wouldn't get handle bars. Motion just linked directly to the full size image.

Sulsky - Tracking points video works here.
Bouke - I was hoping to get it working in Avid so that I can do realtime. Haven't tried resolve but will take a look. What I can't understand is why the tracking looks ok when it is processing but then goes wrong somewhere down the line. Almost like there is some kind of smoothing being applied. (even though that is all switched off.)
