And if you have already edited some clips into a sequence, be sure to right click on the sequence in the bins, select "refresh sequence" and select color adapters.
MAJOR CAVEAT, this doesn't work with grouped clips. If you have a sequence with multicam, and you add LUTs to the source, you cannot apply them in the sequence. You would have to "Commit Multicam" which eliminates all the groups and then refresh.
