However - Having started this particular whine fest I have update and say Marianna fixed it all up today - so as always I just end up looking like a moaning old ass.
I propose that avid redesign the entire support/subscription and even the store to just say call Marianna. We just read her our credit card details she types it in then emails us download links and activates everything while we are on the phone.
Much easier. Well for everyone - except Marianna...
I just hope Avid has her on a lifetime contract and pays her in gold bricks.

I can almost guarantee you that this will NOT be resolved before your licenses come due. In fact, I would say that the issue fundamentally requires user intervention. Not the best design.
