What do you mean "scaler issue"?
In the projection booth?
I tried two methods to make Blurays from my DNxHD 24fps exports: Toast Titanium and Compressor. Both will have the "skippy" effect when played in cinemas - Bluray player connected to 2K/4K projector (that's where the scaler issue arises?).
Happy to try another method.
