[Avid-L2] Okay it's time for the big Premier Bend Over?

Make uses you are using mono tracks in Premiere.  I don't think Avid understands Adaptive Tracks (which can be the default in Premiere)

Just recently tried getting a Premiere Pro CC timeline into Avid MC. Does the error "Track -1 Not Found" ring a bell? Because that's how far you'll get. Maybe there's a way that involves Premiere Pro CC to FCPXML to X-to-7 to Automatic Duck Pro Export to Avid MC but I did not want to try it. Because I have dignity.

I've only had two tvcs to online from premiere. Mixed fps source red and 5d. Timecode in the end came from a random number generator - lucky I can still eye match.

So far, we have not been successful with Premiere to Avid or vice versa. The AAF support is very buggy.
