Bittersweet. I joined Avid just as the DX was announced. I outlived a generation of hardware.
Avid has announced the Final Sale Date of Avid Nitris DX for Media Composer software systems worldwide.
Note: Reminder: In Community Alert #137 we announced the Final Sale Date of Avid Mojo DX for Media Composer software systems worldwide.
As of May 31, 2015, Nitris DX will no longer be orderable or available for sale. Optional connectivity part #'s will still be available until supplies last. Hardware support will still be available for sale, as well. NOTE: We may exhaust our limited inventory before May 31, 2015.
