Hi Dave,
I was being nasty, as I know that 4K hardware has been discussed in P&S. However, I doubt that P&S had input on the need for these audio I/O's, and as you read, I don't get the design for that section. It just makes no sense to me. Sort of like: a little of everything, but none of them done right.
My question remains: why 4 ch of analog audio I/O? If more than 2, why not 6 or 8? I just don't get it?
